First time at Minon and it was such a good experience. We got the pineapple bobo and the strawberry lemonade tea. Both were refreshing and perfect for the summer day! We also got a slice of the chocolate crepe and it was delicious. Staff was incredibly friendly. Absolutely recommend.

went here before work last week to get some boba, and I tried the black sugar fresh mik tea. it was pretty good, but I think it needed a little more flavor in my opinion. service was good, the girl got my order out pretty quickly, and there's a few tables/chairs inside to sit down and relax at. maybe I'll come back to try a different kind of boba!

Minon is a must if you're ever in Chinatown. I always visit whenever I'm in the area and each time was always pleasant. A Lunar New Year parade was held during my visit this evening and it was extremely busier than usual everywhere I went. I didn't notice until I got into the car but there was a sticker left on one of the orange slices in the fruit tea I ordered. However, it wasn't too much of a big deal for me and the tea was delicious as always (I recommend the fruit tea if you're looking for something refreshing and fruity)! I imagine Minon can get busy often which almost forces the employees to work under some pressure without even realizing it so I hope they all know they can take their time and hope no one ever rushes their craft.. I assume the sticker was over-looked so that they could get the drink out asap or maybe under a little stress from the amount of traffic. Anyways, all in all 110% recommend and hope everyone takes care!

Came here a while ago. My friends and I were craving some boba in Chinatown and walked upon this shop. The people were very kind and provided great suggestions to help us order. It's a small place with a few tables, enough for roughly 10-15 people. The boba milk teas we got were very good, and the boba was chewy. Also, it wasn't too sweet, which was nice. The Minion Durian Cake was super delicious. You can taste the durian, and it wasn't too overpowering or too sweet. If like cakes that aren't too sweet, I would highly recommend checking this place out. And if I were to visit LA's Chinatown again, I would 100% come back again for their durian cake.

A very small dessert shop in Chinatown that my friends wanted to try out. We ordered a strawberry snow ice, matcha snow ice and a brown sugar boba for one of my friends. Both snow ice flavors were really good, refreshing and it looked small but was enough to share among 4 people. The strawberry one was refreshing and had strawberries, popping by boba, strawberry syrup thin Oreo and a mini waffle. The matcha one had red bean, thin Oreo and mini waffles. I also noticed they have really cute cake designs and I would definitely look into buying one here. Would come again if I was in Chinatown.

LA Chinatown has never had a decent and good boba/tea spot and I think this is finally a good start! Such a cute and convenient spot in Chinatown for good milk teas and teas! I think it's family owned and the family is so nice. Very polite and sweet. I got a very warm and wholesome vibe! They also have a stamp card visit here too. Okay weird topic... but let's start with the cup and design function lol Going to so many tea spots nowadays I def look for this. This place might not look all "aesthetic bs cute" BUT they spent the money for their cup caps. 1. It's a sturdy cap with 2 or 1 designated hole for your to pop the straw in 2. The smoothie cap has cute little panda or bear ears on it I dislike those plastic seals where when you pop the straw in and you make a whole ass mess lol -_- #NotCool ha Rose Milk Tea with Bubble strawberry boba is what I got. It was delish! My bf got their strawberry smoothie which had a very Nice Ice Crème taste to it!!! I wish I got more of a rose hint to my tea but it's fine. The vibe of the owners was nice so I wasn't even bothered. They also make very decorative cakes here too for birthdays and anniversaries! Def check them out if you are local ^_^ They also have their own take on Korean shaved ice (snow ice crème) too! I didn't try it due to being in a rush but it looked very refreshing for a hot sunny day!

We were craving some boba and found this place near the new Mama Lu's Restaurant! Got their mango pamelo drink with tiny tapioca balls and it was delicious! Almost as good as Phoenix Dessert but the mango or sago was sour at the end. Pricing is kinda high ($7 for one drink). Non-dairy creamer is available though so my stomach was not destroyed :0) It's cute inside and has a clean bathroom. Their cakes look really good!
